Shipping and Delivery

Unless otherwise agreed, items will be shipped by carriers appointed by GMG Srl or authorised company. In this case, and only once the shipping costs are charged, are the goods transported by the sender. In case of theft/loss, GMG Srl undertake to send a new product and, if the product is not available and/or is out of stock, a new product will be suggested, but with equivalent characteristics, plus the option for the customer not to accept this new product.

Should the carrier be appointed by the customer for whatever reason, GMG Srl shall not be held liable for any loss of product from the moment goods are delivered to the carrier at the warehouses.

The time of delivery, purely indicative, is around 15 working days starting from the date the order was placed; this time may vary due to force majeure or because of traffic conditions and traffic in general or by the Authorities.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing by the parties, goods shall be delivered during office hours: from 8:30 am to 12:30 pm; from 3:30 pm to 7:30 pm, every day, except holidays, from Monday to Friday.
