Orders and Payment
All products available for purchase on www.mossafirenze.com are supplied by Italian companies and sold directly by: GMG S.r.l., a company registered with the Florence Companies Register under number 90021, Tax Code and VAT number 05084810489, with its registered and administrative office at Via Agostino Bertani 6, 20154 Milan, Italy.
The prices displayed on the Mossafirenze website are inclusive of VAT.
Shipping costs are not included and will be applied at checkout.
Tax-Free: For orders shipped to the USA/Canada, Asia, Africa, Oceania, South America, the Middle East, and non-EU countries, VAT will be deducted.
Custom duties on non-eu sales:
Purchases do not include import customs duties for all non-EU countries.
Invoicing:
For each order, GMG S.r.l. will issue the corresponding purchase invoice upon request.
Orders
The customer who places an order online will receive, at the end of the process, a confirmation email indicating the items purchased and the corresponding order number.

Shipping and Delivery
Unless otherwise agreed, shipments will be carried out by couriers appointed by GMG Srl or its delegate. In such cases, and only when shipping costs are charged, the goods will be insured and shipped at the sender’s expense.
If the courier is appointed by the customer for any reason, GMG Srl shall not be held responsible for the loss of the product once it has been handed over to the carrier at its warehouse.
The delivery time is indicative only and is approximately 15 days, generally ranging from 7 to 15 business days from the order date. This time frame may vary due to force majeure, traffic or road conditions, or actions by the authorities.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing between the parties, delivery will take place during business hours: from 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and from 3:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m., on all non-holiday weekdays, Monday through Friday.

Right of Withdrawal and Order Cancellation
Right of Withdrawal
The purchaser has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract without any penalty and without the obligation to provide any reason, within 14 working days from the date of receipt of the goods.
This right of withdrawal must be exercised by the purchaser by sending a written notice to:

The written notice must be sent by registered mail.
It is possible to send the withdrawal notice in advance via email (carmenmossa@gmgfirenze.it), provided that the registered letter is sent within the following 24 hours.
The withdrawal notice must include the purchase order number, the intention to withdraw from the purchase, and specify the product or products for which the right of withdrawal is being exercised.
After sending the withdrawal notice, the purchaser must return the goods to the following address:

The method and courier service used to return the goods are at the customer’s discretion, and return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
Once the goods have been received, GMG Srl will refund the amounts paid by the purchaser, excluding the shipping costs, within 30 days from the date of the withdrawal notice.
In any case, the integrity of the packaging and the returned goods is an essential condition for the refund. If the returned goods are not intact, GMG Srl reserves the right to issue a partial refund or no refund at all.
Furthermore, the right of withdrawal can only be exercised on the entirety of the purchased goods, not just a part of them. Finally, the right of withdrawal does not apply to products that have been customized upon request.
I PURCHASED A PRODUCT BUT CHANGED MY MIND AND WOULD LIKE A DIFFERENT ONE. WHAT SHOULD I DO?
You are free to exchange your product for another of equal or greater value. However, we kindly ask that you notify us before the item has been shipped. Once the shipment has been made, this type of exchange is no longer possible.
